I understand how important it is to find the right place for your dog — somewhere you can trust, so you can have real peace of mind while you’re away, and a place they arrive wagging to see us, and leave wagging from a great time!
Homefield Dog Retreat is a calm, countryside home-from-home, where each dog is cared for as an individual. I’ve grown up with dogs and currently have two of my own, with years of experience looking after dogs for family and friends, so I’m very used to different personalities, routines and needs.
With plenty of time, space and attention, my aim is to create a relaxed environment where dogs can feel comfortable, settled and well looked after — whether they’re here for the day or a longer stay.
About Us
A Typical Day
A typical day at Homefield Dog Retreat is relaxed, structured and centred around the dogs. Mornings begin with time outside in the secure garden and woodland, allowing dogs to explore and settle into their surroundings. This is often followed by countryside walks, tailored to each dog’s energy levels.
Throughout the day, dogs can roam, play and socialise, balanced with plenty of time to rest in the home or retreat to a dedicated quiet space.
The Space & Surroundings
A calm, home-from-home setting where dogs can relax, explore and feel comfortable.
Dogs have access to the family home, along with a dedicated annex for rest or quieter time when needed. Outside, there are 2 acres of fully secure lawn and woodland to freely roam and play, plus miles of beautiful countryside walks right on the doorstep. There’s also a shower area for muddy paws, helping keep things clean and comfortable after outdoor adventures. 🐾
Peace of Mind
Your dog’s comfort, safety and wellbeing are my priority. I take time to understand their individual needs and can support additional care, including dietary requirements and medication where needed. I am fully insured and pet first aid trained.
Meet-and-greets are required to ensure the right fit, and exclusive bookings are available for those who prefer a quieter setting.
